The Ladies Benevolent Society meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7pm at the Whitingham Community Church to raise money to help local towns people with fuel, electric and grocery assistance as needed. The Whitingham Historical Society meets in the Municipal Center three times per year in April, July and October to run historical programs for the public. The Museum, located in the center of Whitingham Village at Green Mountain Hall, is open Sundays from 2 to 4pm from July through September (or by appointment). T.O.P.S. meets in the Municipal Center every Tuesday for weigh in from 6 to 6:30 pm and meeting from 6:30 to 7:30pm. T.O.P.S. is a support group to help people lose weight.
